Because of substantial identity of issues, the above causes were consolidated for hearing. By agreement of counsel, the issues relative to Jones patent, 1,717,158, were eliminated. This leaves for determination questions relating to the validity and infringement of Wente patent, issued April 2, 1929, No. 1,707,545, for acoustic device, and of Harrison patent, issued November 5, 1929, No. 1,734,624, for piston diaphragm having tangential corrugations...
