The bill charges infringement of the Pescatore patent, No. 1,084,820, granted July 20, 1914, on an application filed July 6, 1911. The answer sets up the usual defenses of invalidity and noninfringement.

This patent has to do with means for connecting a trailer to a tractor. The particular means shown in the patent and relied upon in its claims is an upwardly inclined part of the back of the tractor which, when backed into the truck...
