The plaintiff originally filed suit against the Walgreen Company charging infringement of patent 1,379,855 to Donner May 31, 1921, upon application filed March 3, 1921, covering depilatories for removing hair from the human body, by the sale of various depilatories, viz. Delatone, Nu-Del, X-Bazin and Odo-Ro-No. Subsequent to the commencement of the suit, settlement was made with the manufacturers of Nu-Del and Delatone, and Neet, Inc., intervened...
