Henderson and Bon instituted their suit in the state court of Wyoming on March 1, 1927. Appellee demurred to the petition on April 2, 1927, and the demurrer was sustained October 15, 1928. Plaintiffs were given twenty days in which to amend and appellee twenty days thereafter in which to plead.
