Appellee is the widow of one J. P. Gorman and beneficiary in a certain accident policy originally issued by the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New York on the 1st day of February, 1925. The policy was in the principal sum of $5,000, to be paid to the beneficiary in case of death by accident while the policy was in force.
