These are appeals from judgments of the District Court in three cases in which the appellees, respectively, were plaintiffs, and the appellant defendant. The parties plaintiff were not the same in each suit, and for this reason alone three separate actions were instituted, but the same questions are applicable in all three, and therefore for clarity, the appellant will be hereinafter spoken of as the company and appellees as plaintiffs.
