This is an action on a policy of life insurance upon the life of Bert Franklin McElroy. It is alleged in the complaint that on the 2d day of April, 1928, the defendant, appellant in this court, issued and delivered to Bert Franklin McElroy a policy insuring his life in the sum of $10,000, naming the plaintiff, Don Nettie McElroy, his wife, as the beneficiary in said policy, and that on the same day the defendant company issued its supplementary...
