This action was instituted by the complainants to enjoin the officers of Craig county, Okl., from assessing an ad valorem tax against the properties of complainants, and attempting to collect the taxes assessed for the year 1929. It appears from the allegations of the pleadings and the agreed statement of facts that the complainants are the owners of all the coal and coal rights under approximately eighteen thousand acres of land located...
