This is an appeal from the decision of the Commissioner of Patents sustaining the action of the Examiner of Trade-Mark Interferences dismissing an opposition filed by Mulhens & Kropff to the application of Onnen for the registration as a trade-mark of the numerals "7-11" applied to certain liquid medicinal preparations, for the treatment of colds, grippe, chills and fever, malaria and biliousness, and for use as a blood builder.
