Three patents relating to parachute packs are here in issue. In each Floyd Smith is the patentee. All are owned by the Floyd Smith Aerial Equipment Company, one of the plaintiffs. The other plaintiff, Irving Air Chute Company, Inc., holds a license thereunder that is exclusive save for a nonexclusive license to the United States. Russell Parachute Company, the defendant, manufactures a parachute pack which, plaintiffs charge, infringes claims...
