Appeal by George Sarkes, bankrupt, from an order of the District Court adjudging him in contempt for failure to obey an order, made by the referee, directing the bankrupt to deliver to the appellee trustee the sum of $3,000 and a diamond ring. The turnover order, wherein it was found that the bankrupt at the time of bankruptcy had the money and ring in his possession and under his control, was regularly made on April 12, 1928, upon the petition...
