Appellee brought this action on a policy of war risk insurance issued to Edward H. Robertson, who entered the military service of the United States in Detroit, Mich., in September, 1917, and was discharged at Camp Custer, Mich., January 21, 1919. The policy lapsed for nonpayment of premium on the 1st day of March, 1919, no premium thereon having been paid after the date of discharge.
