S. § 4915, as amended by the Act of March 2, 1927 (35 USCA § 63), to obtain the grant of a patent after refusal thereof by the Commissioner of Patents. The bill alleges that in the Patent Office an interference was declared between the plaintiff Fahrenwald and the defendant Cope on March 26, 1925.
