This cause comes on for hearing upon the motion of Universal Credit Company, intervener, to dismiss the libel filed by the United States. The intervener claims to be the owner of the automobile by virtue of a conditional sales contract, and to be innocent of any knowledge of the vehicle being used in the transportation of intoxicating liquors in violation of law.
