This bill challenges the constitutional validity of an Act of the Georgia Legislature approved August 29th, 1929 (Laws 1929, p. 293), which defines and regulates "Motor Carriers" upon the public highways, and subjects them to the jurisdiction and further regulation of the Georgia Public Service Commission.
