This is an appeal in an action at law instituted in the court below by the receiver of the First National Bank of St. George, S. C., against the South Carolina National Bank of Charleston, S. C., to recover a deposit of $12,852.46. The Charleston bank admitted liability for the sum of $587.50, and paid same without prejudice.
