This is an appeal from a decree denying an injunction. The suit was instituted by the Standard Oil Company of New Jersey against the city of Charlottesville, Va., its mayor and commonwealth's attorney, to enjoin the enforcement of an ordinance which forbade the operation of a gasoline filling station which it was engaged in erecting in that city.
