This is a suit in equity for an injunction by plaintiffs, who are growers and shippers of potatoes for sale in the state of Idaho in interstate commerce to market centers outside of the state, brought against the Commissioner of Agriculture, Chief Agricultural Inspector, Governor, and Attorney General of Idaho, to restrain them, and all persons acting under their authority, from enforcing the provisions of chapter 115, Idaho Session Laws 1929...
