November 30, 1923, appellant and appellee entered into a contract reciting that the latter was then operating exchanges and toll lines in the states of Oklahoma and Arkansas, and that the latter was operating exchanges at Poteau, Heavener, Howe, and Wister in Oklahoma, and toll circuits extending from Poteau to Ft.
