This is an action brought by Howard E. Huselton, plaintiff, against A. E. Merriam, defendant, to recover damages for wrongful and malicious attachment. A jury was waived and the cause tried to the court, and a general finding in favor of the plaintiff was made with judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $4,460. From that judgment the defendant appeals, bottoming the appeal upon the refusal of the trial court to declare six separately...
