This is an appeal from an order denying a writ of habeas corpus. The appellant is an alien prostitute who entered the United States from Odessa, Russia, in 1913. In 1915 she married Wenglinsky, who came from a part of Russia ceded to the Republic of Poland by the Treaty of Riga.
