The plaintiff was a soldier in the military service of the United States in the late World War. Ultimately there was granted to him a policy of war risk insurance, a copy of which is attached to his petition. The purpose of this action is to establish his permanent and total disability as of September 27, 1927, within the meaning of his policy. Upon his becoming permanently and totally disabled, the policy provides for the payment to the plaintiff...
