This was an action by the appellant against the appellee, the city of Jackson, a Mississippi municipal corporation, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of a fire truck, while being operated on a street of the city, in going towards a fire, running into an automobile occupied by the appellant while it was located next to the curb on the side of the street.
