This is a suit in equity brought to enjoin the infringement of a patent on a game called "Golf Dice," and for an accounting.

The device consists of two cubes, similar to ordinary dice, having impressed upon the several faces of one cube the numerals "1" and "2," and upon the several faces of the other cube lettering or words pertaining to the topography of the golf course, such as "fairway," "water hazard," "bunker," "in the cup," and...
