In this case it appears that a homestead, consisting of 200 acres of land in Hunt county, Texas, was set aside as exempt to the bankrupt by the trustee. At the time the homestead was acquired, it was burdened with a lien resulting from an attachment issued out of a state court and levied within four months prior to bankruptcy.
