This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Missouri, 32 F.2d 896, affirming the findings and conclusions of a referee in bankruptcy to the effect that the claimant, appellant herein, had received a voidable preference in the sum of $8,878.04, on account of a repurchase of shoes from the bankrupt, and ordering that the claimant, J. Landis Shoe Company...
