This is an action by G. V. Carnahan, Omar G. Foster, and Omar G. Foster, as administrator of Sadie A. Foster, against Emil Podlesak and James G. Barr, to cancel or to reform a contract for sale of certain real estate. Barr is assignee of Podlesak as to all rights under the above contract.
