The appellant was tried upon a criminal information, wherein it was charged that on the 24th day of August, 1928, he did "unlawfully possess certain intoxicating liquor, to wit, six cases of beer and two barrels of beer, each containing one-half of one percent, or more, of alcohol by volume, otherwise than as authorized in the National Prohibition Act," second offense.
