This is an appeal in an action at law instituted by Mrs. Lucy C. Sullivan, as plaintiff, to recover damages to property and health sustained as the result of the operation by the defendant, American Manufacturing Company, of a bagging factory near her property in the city of Charleston, S. C. At the close of her evidence, the court below sustained defendant's motion for an involuntary nonsuit, and from judgment thereon plaintiff appealed. She...
