This is a proceeding to review the order of the referee in bankruptcy of February 12, 1926, approving the trustee's report with reference to exempt property. The bankrupt, engaged in the practice of law, filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy, after an execution had been levied upon his law library and bookcases, but before a sale under the execution. The execution was sued out to enforce the collection of a judgment which had been rendered...
