This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing the bill of appellants, plaintiffs below, for want of equity, and dissolving a restraining order theretofore issued.

The alleged facts are substantially as follows: The plaintiffs are engaged in the manufacture and sale of live stock remedy products and are registered manufacturers under the law of the state of Nebraska. The sales and distribution of said products extend throughout Nebraska...
