The Swiss Oil Corporation (hereinafter called the Swiss Company) is a Kentucky corporation, having its principal office at Lexington, in that state, and engaged in producing oil. It had a large number of oil properties variously located. Defendant Combs was president of the Swiss Company, J. Fred Miles its vice president and general manager...
