This cause concerns letters patent No. 1,404,568, issued to Arthur H. Blackburn January 22, 1922. It relates generally to "a multiple retort underfeed furnace." The claims in issue are claims 5, 7, and 8. Of these 7 is typical and presents the issues here to be determined.
