This is an action in equity in which plaintiff prays for relief by injunction, accounting, and damages for the alleged infringement by the defendant of patent No. 1,672,040, issued by the United States Patent Office to Nathan Rubenstein, for steam-pressing iron, dated June 5, 1928, application filed July 17, 1925.

The defense urged on the trial was invalidity, and a counterclaim was interposed...
