This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of Texas, dismissing the bill of complaint of the appellant (plaintiff) against the appellee (defendant) for the alleged infringement of patents numbered, respectively, 1,465,598 issued to De Brey, 1,429,175 issued to Thompson, and 1,523,314 also issued to Thompson. Title to all three patents was vested in plaintiff at the time of the filing...
