This is a proceeding brought by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, owner of the tug Brinton, to limit liability for claims brought against it by a number of coal boats and by owners of property in Long Beach for damages suffered in 1925. The suit arises against the railroad company for damages sustained by boats which were broken adrift from the Pennsylvania mooring stakes at South Amboy, N. J.
