On the forenoon of the 13th day of July, 1927, at about 11:30 o'clock, the defendant Jensen, deputy special officer and chief of police of the Ft. Hall Indian Agency, arrested the plaintiff while he was in charge of certain sheep of Eames & Hansen, which were driven upon the Ft.
