The bill of complaint charges the defendants with the infringement of letters patent No. 1,229,978, issued to William J. Kuntz on June 12, 1917, for an improvement in drier heads, and assigned by him on June 22, 1920, to the Ruggles-Coles Engineering Company, plaintiff, and prays for an injunction and an accounting.
