This is a motion by the trustee in bankruptcy to punish both of the bankrupts for failure to comply with an order requiring them to turn over to the trustee the sum of $9,000, moneys in their possession belonging to the bankrupt estates and withheld by them from the trustee. The bankrupts are husband and wife.
