This is an appeal from an order entered in a proceeding instituted by the trustee in bankruptcy of Louis Sachs against one Eleazer Winakur for the purpose of recovering from him certain secondhand automobiles or their value. During the progress of the litigation the automobiles were sold under order of court, pursuant to an agreement that the rights of the parties should be transferred to their proceeds.
