This case arises out of the trading of an apartment building in Chicago owned by Mrs. Aurora C. Upton, one of the appellants, for two farms in Iowa aggregating 487 acres owned by E. C. Moen, appellee, who seeks to set aside the transfer of his farms on the ground that the conveyance thereof was secured by fraud. This is its second appearance in this court.
