The present suit was instituted by the receiver of the Bannock National Bank, of Pocatello, Idaho, against a number of the directors of the bank to recover losses sustained through excessive and improvident loans. The original decree, for varying amounts, ran against three of the directors and the personal representatives of a deceased director.
