The petitioner, Uniform Printing & Supply Company, challenges the correctness of an order of the United States Board of Tax Appeals, wherein petitioner is ordered to pay a deficiency in income and profits taxes for the year 1918 in the sum of $34,060.86. The decision of said Board was promulgated on the 23d day of November, 1927.
