This is a controversy over an industrial insurance policy issued by the Prudential Insurance Company of America on the life of Lyman Miles. Miles died April 17, 1926, with the policy in force. The amount due was $693.00. On May 14, 1926, Ethel G. Calloway brought suit against the company in the chancery court of Shelby county, Tenn., seeking to recover the above amount.
