These appeals involve litigation growing out of the final settlement of the estate of Stilson Hutchins. William J. Dante held the legal title to all the Hutchins estate, as trustee, under a deed from Hutchins and wife dated March 7, 1910. He had been engaged since November 13, 1911, in administering the trust under the direction of the equity court.
