In these two cases plaintiffs seek injunctions against, and damages from, the defendant Jewell-La Salle Realty Company, on account of alleged copyright infringements. In case No. 1204 it is alleged that the defendant infringed and threatens to continue to infringe the copyright to a musical composition entitled "Just Imagine," and in case No. 1207 it is alleged that the defendant infringed and is threatening to continue to infringe the copyright...
