Pursuant to provisions of the Act of May 15, 1928, commonly known as the Flood Control Bill (33 USCA §§ 702a-702m, 704) the government seeks in this case to condemn 114.26 acres of land for the building of a portion of what is called the Monroe Circle Levee.
