WILBUR, Circuit Judge.
The appellant was convicted on three counts for selling morphine sulphate. He was a physician duly registered under the act of Congress approved December 17, 1914, § 1, as amended (26 USCA § 211). The first assignment of error is that "the court erred in admitting in evidence the record of purchases of narcotics and the record of narcotics sold and dispensed by appellant, during a period of two years."
