Both parties appeal from a decree setting aside a transfer of personal property by a bill of sale and an assignment of moneys made to the defendant. The bill of sale was from the bankrupt to the defendant, dated September 1, 1917, and conveyed the bankrupt's contracting plant and machinery. The assignment of moneys was executed August 21, 1917, and transferred moneys due from the state of New York and the county of Madison for building highways...
