This is an action at law brought by the plaintiff to recover from defendants the purchase price of a lot of piping used in drilling an oil well. The plaintiff company is a supply company purchasing the piping from manufacturers thereof to be used in drilling of oil and gas wells in the oil fields, and are not the manufacturers or producers of the supplies they keep on hand and sell to the trade.
